REQUIREMENTS:
1.Original Passport (must be more than 6 Months valid from the target date of travel)
2. White Background Photo
3. No Objection certificate (NOC) from present company (Specify: position, joining date, salary, approved leave dates and purpose of travel)
4. Certificate of employment; Recent Payslip
5. 6 Months Personal or Salary Bank Statement with original stamp from the bank (should be recent, at least 5 – 7 days before document submission / embassy appointment)
6. If Owner of the company, please provide the 6 Months Company Bank Statement & Company trade license and Tenancy contract.
